Camp Verde Historical Society

The Camp Verde Historical Society is next to the Chamber of Commerce at 435 South Main Street in Camp Verde (phone 520-567-9560). Because they are located in the same area, the Verde Valley Historical Society and the Fort Verde State Park coordinate their efforts in order to eliminate duplication. Therefore, the historical society concentrates on materials that pertain to town and area history, while the Fort concentrates on military matters.

Below is a detailed description of archival materials located at the Camp Verde Historical Society that relate directly or indirectly to the history of Yavapai County.
