Scrapbooks/Binders
Three ring binder: Arizona State Historic Property Inventory, done by Linda Laird and Associates; contains information on older buildings, e.g., 1880s through 1920s, early, at least 100 buildings in the area.

Library history: Scrapbook has various materials for the library starting with regularity in June of 1975 and continuing through the mid 1980s. This book contains board minutes, directors' reports, and correspondence.

Three ring binder with Directors' reports from 1990s.

Files (located in the administrative area of the library)
Library history: 5-10 clippings, new releases, from 1974 through late 1970s or 1980s.
Library: at least 50 clippings, mostly from local papers dating from early to mid 1970s, photocopies of newspaper articles, about 15, local and Prescott papers, mid 1980s.
