In 1916, the communities of Miller Valley and Pleasant Valley built Miller Valley School to accommodate a rapidly growing population. This school was annexed into the Prescott Public School system in 1930, adding to an already impressive grade school system and completing what we know as the expansion era of Prescott schools.
