A school bond election was passed by a margin of 119 to 1 in 1908, Photo of Lincoln School 1910 and Lincoln School was built in 1909 for $19,480. Several additions would be made to Lincoln School to help accommodate the ever-growing population of Prescott. Lincoln School is still used today on the west side of town.
