Training Class for Volunteer Water Exhibit Docents

Sharlot Hall Museum presents our newest educational program for children featuring Water: Quest for a Solution, a new exhibit in our Museum Gallery. Volunteers are needed to guide students through the Gallery. This workshop will train you to become a children's Water Exhibit Docent for 3rd through 6th grade.
Water is a serious subject today. This school program, examines the history of water and management in Arizona from early Indian culture through modern day usage. The science of water, it's role on our planet, and a quest for solutions will be explored. The program brings to life the story of this critical and ever-changing natural resource in a exciting way utilizing hands on activities.

From Campfire to Cook Stove: Food Preparation in Frontier Arizona - Living History

The Commissary Department: "Hard Tack and Salt Pork - Living History

Regional Perspectives: Water Development Projects in the Big Chino Aquifer
