For more than 20 years, the Blue Rose Theater has been entertaining and educating its audiences with stories of the beginnings and development of Prescott, the central Arizona highlands and Arizona itself. For more than 20 years, the theater’s stage dramatizations have helped guests understand this unique region by illuminating an array of fascinating historical characters and historic events.
That tradition continues as Arizona celebrates its centennial year in 2012. The Blue Rose Theater has created an ambitious schedule of 12 Chautauquas, five plays and 10 Arizona music concerts to usher in, commemorate and provide an historical foundation for Arizona’s 100th year. The complete schedule is below, and the chronological listing of all of the Museum's 2012 events is here. The Blue Rose Theater is located on the Sharlot Hall Museum campus at 415 W. Gurley St. in Prescott, two blocks west of the Courthouse Plaza. Call 928-445-3122 for reservations and more information.
