Territorial Women's Memorial Rose Garden
WHO-WAH PELHAME
Who-Wah, a Yavapai, was born circa 1842 in the Ft. McDowell area. She came to Prescott before 1900 and settled on a small portion of the Ft. Whipple Reservation.

After the death of her husband, Ka-hava-soo-sah, she married Pelhame.

Their daughter Viola Jimulla, who became chieftess of the Yavapai Indian Tribe, and her granddaughter Grace Mitchell are also represented in the Rose Garden.
