MAUDE (MALLIE) LOVE PERNER

Mallie, was born on February 28, 1895, in Gail, Texas, the daughter of Timanda Malvina Morrow and Thomas Decator Love.

She married Ross Hart Perner on March 8, 1912, in Sierra Blanca, Texas. They were a handsome, fun-loving couple who loved to dance and attend community affairs whenever possible. They were always together.

Mallie and Ross had four children: Maude Love (1913), Ross Hart, Jr. (1915), Thomas Phillip (1918), and Ada Lee (1920). The family came to Arizona in October 1928, and they moved to Eagle Creek near Clifton, Arizona, in 1929.

In 1936, they moved again to the OO (Double O) Ranch near Seligman.

Mallie had a vivacious personality and a pleasant word and happy smile for everyone. She belonged to the Yavapai Cowbelles, the Eastern Star and the Methodist Church.

Mallie died in Phoenix in October 1969.
