Territorial Women's Memorial Rose Garden
EILEEN BENNET SEAMAN
Eileen was born in Prescott, Arizona Territory, on October 22, 1900, the daughter of Fannie E. Lindsay and Charles W. Bennett. On September 21, 1932, she married Dan J. Seaman, who was superintendent of the Arizona Pioneers' Home in the early 1930s and who helped found the Sharlot Hall Museum.

Eileen and Dan managed the Prescott Evening Courier newspaper for some time.

Eileen belonged to the Republican Women's Club, the Catholic Daughters of America and the Mountain Artists Guild. A member of the Sacred Heart Church, she lived at 526 Coronado Avenue.

Eileen's mother Fannie Bennett and her aunt Cora Brow are also represented in the Memorial Rose Garden.

Eileen died on July 8, 1975, and was buried at Mountain View Cemetery.
