ANNIE DOLLY ROOT (REIBELING) RIEBELING
Dolly was born on August 22,1862. in Lenox, Massachusetts, the daughter of John B. and Almira Brooks Root. She married Charles H. Riebeling, who came to Prescott in 1903 and became the county assessor.

Dolly and Charles had four children: Charles G., Ina J. (Mrs. A. M.) Crawford (1895), Helen (Mrs. C. D.) Rhodes, and Emma. Dolly had a gentle, retiring disposition and her interest centered in her home and family. She belonged to the Monday Club and was known as "Mother Riebeling" to a wide circle of friends.

Dolly died in July 1942 at the family home, 114 South Summit Street, and was buried in Mountain View Cemetery
